About the Role
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will ensure business outcomes are clearly understood and solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing complex change initiatives spanning multiple lines of business and projects, linking financial or actuarial system changes to upstream projects, and supporting Finance in planning and shaping solutions.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in projects covering changes to finance systems, with the ability to understand technical actuarial and financial jargon. You should be experienced in release management and able to build plans around the six-monthly actuarial release plan. Data migration experience is desirable to support multiple migration projects across the organisation. Additionally, you will need highly competent skills in using planning tools and experience in implementing and operating financial control frameworks.
