Job Description

We're seeking skilled Care Assistants to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. They will be responsible for supporting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and administering medication. The successful candidate will also be required to complete any other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients with daily living activities
* Complete care plans according to individual needs
* Administer medication and manage health records
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
