To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care, prioritising the needs and preferences of each resident.
- Experience working in a care environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity, with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28-£33 per hour, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities to help you progress your career.
