Adult Care Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Care Leadership Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing and care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.
About the Role:- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, focusing on resident-centered care and individualized support.
- An estimated annual salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, including our online learning platform.
- Funded Blue Light discount package and enhanced Maternity Pay.
- Occupational Sick pay entitlement from day one and a Refer a Friend Bonus - up to £300 per person you refer.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or Community environment, with expertise in wound care, dementia care, and end-of-life management. A flexible approach to hours and work, as well as a commitment to quality standards, is essential. A full driving license is also required.
