Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Adult Care Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, although we provide comprehensive induction and training for those new to care. A Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care or similar is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in their daily lives
- Assist with employment opportunities and independent living
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for service users
