About the Role
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives.

- To provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and well-being.">
- To work collaboratively with colleagues, family members, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.">
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accessible.">
- To participate in regular training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care or similar would be beneficial.">
- Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism would be an advantage.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and stakeholders.">
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.">
- A valid driving license would be an advantage, but not essential.">
