Nursery Room Leader Job Opportunity

This esteemed childcare centre in Walton on Thames, boasting excellent transport links, is seeking an experienced and skilled Room Leader to assume the role of Third in Charge. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the nursery.

Working a standard 40-hour week, the salary for this position is circa £31,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 1 year's experience leading and supporting teams
  • The ability to inspire, energise, and support others
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A firm understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
