Job Title: Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our nursery, working closely with our management team to ensure the highest standards of care and education for our children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Leader to take on a leadership role in our nursery. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of staff, ensuring that our children receive the best possible care and education. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures, and to ensure that our nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.

Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
  • A genuine passion to make a difference and inspire others
  • A firm knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A sound knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
