Join Our Team as a Nursery Practitioner/Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner/Room Leader at Toad Hall Nursery Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and educational activities for children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and relevant policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the development of the nursery
