We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Patient Sales Advisor to join our Self-Pay team at Spire Cardiff. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all Self-Pay patient enquiries, converting warm leads into appointments/sales, and providing high-quality customer service & care.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, as well as a positive and proactive customer-focused attitude. A confident approach to handling various systems and the ability to prioritize and manage your workload in a collaborative and fast-paced environment are essential.
The successful candidate will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
