Role Overview

In the capacity of Store Manager, you will lead the store team with a focus on enhancing sales performance and maximizing profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving store KPIs and upholding the standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Foster customer loyalty through exemplary service.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Utilize Customer Satisfaction metrics and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to drive improvements.

Sales Management

  • Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets.
  • Leverage Oracle reports for informed sales strategies.
  • Manage in-store technology to broaden product offerings.
  • Analyze store dashboard metrics to enhance customer engagement.

Visual Merchandising

  • Implement weekly visual merchandising briefs to maintain high standards.
  • Engage customers through innovative visual displays.
  • Ensure visibility and proper placement of new and promotional products.
  • Regularly update mannequins and displays in line with guidelines.

Training & Development

  • Support the growth of team members and promote internal advancement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to uphold high operational standards.
  • Monitor internal progression and ensure completion of E-Assessments.
  • Prioritize management development through our Trainee Management Academy.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in retail management is advantageous.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
