This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to take on a Senior Retail Operations Manager role within one of the UK's leading brands. Based in Cambridge, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy store, leading a team of dedicated individuals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • To maintain high standards of store appearance and ensure that the store is always fully stocked and merchandised to a high standard.
  • To monitor and control store costs, including stock control, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
