We are seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to oversee our food service operations for a major High Street brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences, and providing world-class customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise our culinary and catering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring we meet our goals.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image, upholding our values and standards.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Team Development: Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their roles.
