About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to lead our culinary and service teams in delivering exceptional food experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all catering and service operations, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise culinary and service teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Communicate effectively with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise between customers and culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
  • Support and train teams to excel in their roles
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
