Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be instrumental in steering your team towards achieving sales targets and enhancing store profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. Your leadership will ensure that your store consistently meets its KPIs and adheres to company standards, all while embodying the professionalism expected of JD Sports.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver exemplary service to maintain customer loyalty.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Promote consistency within your team to achieve superior service levels.
- Understand and utilize customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS.
Sales Management
- Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets.
- Utilize Oracle reports for informed sales decision-making.
- Manage in-store devices to enhance product visibility.
- Analyze store dashboard metrics to optimize performance.
Visual Merchandising
- Implement weekly visual merchandising briefs to uphold high standards.
- Engage customers through innovative visual displays.
- Ensure all products are prominently displayed and accessible.
- Maintain updated mannequins and window displays per guidelines.
Training & Development
- Support team members' growth and career advancement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to uphold store standards.
- Monitor internal progression and ensure completion of necessary assessments.
- Prioritize management development through our Trainee Management Academy.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail management is preferred.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
