About the Role

LCX is a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join our team as a Growth Expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, implementing growth strategies, running growth campaigns, and referral campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase user base.
  • Data Analysis: Serve as the expert on user growth, analysing data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Growth Campaigns: Plan and execute growth campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Referral Programs: Implement referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new users to the platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey and enhance user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards user acquisition goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition.
  • Experimentation: Experiment with new ideas and strategies to continuously improve user acquisition and retention rates.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on growth initiatives to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ yrs of experience in similar role
  • Skills: Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Growth Hacking: Experience with growth hacking techniques and social media marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Cryptocurrency Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and block chain technology is a plus.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting.
