Job Overview

Liechtenstein Cryptoassets Exchange (LCX) is seeking a seasoned professional to drive user growth and acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to onboard one million users to our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. User Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement data-driven user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase our user base.
  2. Growth Expertise: Serve as the expert on user growth, analyzing data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize our user journey.
  3. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute growth campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media, to maximize reach and impact.
  4. Referral Programs: Implement referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new users to our platform.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and optimize our platform for growth.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards user acquisition goals.
  7. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition.
  8. Growth Hacking: Utilize growth hacking techniques to maximize the reach and impact of social media campaigns.
  9. Experimentation: Experiment with new ideas and strategies to continuously improve user acquisition and retention rates.
  10. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on growth initiatives to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven Track Record: Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Growth Hacking: Experience with growth hacking techniques and social media marketing strategies.
  8. Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Results-Oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  10. Cryptoassets Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
