Job Title: Marketing and Campaign Manager

About the Role:

Liechtenstein Cryptoassets Exchange (LCX) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase our user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase user base.
  2. Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the user journey.
  3. Plan and execute growth campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  4. Implement referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new users to our platform.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and optimize growth initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards user acquisition goals.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition.
  8. Utilize growth hacking techniques to maximize the reach and impact of social media campaigns.
  9. Experiment with new ideas and strategies to continuously improve user acquisition and retention rates.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on growth initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Experience with growth hacking techniques and social media marketing strategies.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  10. Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
  11. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting.
