Well Access Technical Sales Director

About the Role
Expro is seeking a Well Access Technical Sales Manager to join their PRT team in Aberdeen, or a location in Europe with easy access to an international airport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new and profitable PRT business internationally, ensuring that appropriate technical solutions are developed to satisfy client requirements while maximizing company product line and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line specialist and technical liaison with clients and operations
- Identify opportunities for marketing technology and seeking new business, then develop strategies for delivering them in conjunction with the PRT Head of Sales
- Ensure tender and quotation requests are responded to, with commercial evaluations, business cases, and BERs compiled
- Work closely with Operations and Product Line teams to assist in delivering new technology to the client base
- Ensure information flows across Operations and Product Line teams
- Establish regular liaison with clients and support Operations teams in driving improvements and opportunities for increasing revenue
- Develop or coordinate presentations on product lines for clients or potential clients, and undertake meetings, technology gatherings, etc.
- Provide forecast and budget support, liaise between PRT account payable and end user
- Collaborate with clients on technology initiatives for enhancing performance and improving margins
- Provide required reports as per schedule and ensure international pricing database is kept up to date
- Ensure client technical audits are conducted in line with policies and procedure, and in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external bodies as required, to ensure all information is circulated as appropriate, and client questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements
- Hold a Professional Qualification in a Technical area
- Extensive experience within Technical or Sales role, preferably in line with a company product line
- Proficient in MS Word, Data Bases, and PowerPoint
- Financial Awareness, preferably in relation to tender/quotation/budget process
