Salary
We offer an attractive salary package that includes a competitive hourly rate of £25.00 - £30.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime rates and three times pay for Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Additionally, you will receive a 28-day holiday entitlement, rising to 29 days after one year of service, plus an extra day off on your birthday each year. Our employer pension contribution is 3% with a 5% employee contribution, and you will have access to a health plan and professional training opportunities.
Job Description
As our Senior Residential Care Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and developing our Home, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Your responsibilities will include implementing company policies and procedures, developing high-quality care plans, and working closely with our registered manager to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of children in care. A driving license is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, families, and external partners.
