The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the residential care team to deliver exceptional care and support to children in our care.
  2. Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
  3. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant managerial experience in children's residential care.
  2. Understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to maintain compliance.
