Internal Recruitment Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Internal Recruitment Team Admin Support to join our dynamic and fast-paced recruitment agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our resourcing team, ensuring they achieve their targets and deliver high-quality CVs to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to maximize advert responses and ensure timely coverage
- Provide direction, support, and coaching to the resourcing team to help them meet their targets
- Screen and assess candidate suitability to ensure the best fit for our clients
- Responsible for generating high-quality candidates across the team
- Oversee and optimize the response to job adverts to ensure an excellent pipeline of candidates
- Ensure timely delivery of CVs to clients, meeting and exceeding team targets
- Monitor team performance and provide support to ensure individual targets are exceeded
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to improve productivity and vacancy coverage
- Manage the recruitment resourcing process from CV sourcing to interview scheduling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and client satisfaction
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Liaise with the marketing team to develop candidate attraction strategies
- Manage job board spend and optimize return on investment
