Recruitment Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Admin Resourcer to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our resourcing team, ensuring they achieve their targets and deliver high volume and great quality CVs to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Advert Management: Create attractive and engaging adverts, manage response rates, and ensure timely coverage.
- Team Oversight: Oversee the overall team, providing direction, support, and coaching to ensure individual targets are exceeded.
- Candidate Screening: Screen candidates and assess their suitability for our clients' vacancies.
- Candidate Generation: Responsible for candidate generation across the team, ensuring an excellent pipeline of candidates.
- Response Maximisation: Oversee and maximise the response to job adverts to ensure an excellent pipeline of candidates.
- CV Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of CVs to clients, meeting and exceeding team targets.
- Team Performance: Monitor team performance, ensuring individual targets are exceeded and the consultant team is supported.
- Advertising: Create copy and optimised advertising, looking for new solutions and ways to improve productivity and vacancy coverage.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment resourcing process, from CV sourcing submission to interview scheduling.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure high-quality candidate experience.
- Candidate Attraction: Liaise with the social media and marketing team to develop candidate attraction strategies.
- Budget Management: Budget responsibility for job boards spend and maximising return on investment on advertising spend.
- Pace and Motivation: Pace is a must, with a desire to achieve targets.
- Administration and Organisation: Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage volume.
- Communication: Confident and able to influence, with strong communication skills.
- Creativity and Solutions: Creative and solutions-focused, with a passion for delivering team success.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven, with a passion for achieving team success.
- Experience: Ideally some experience in recruitment, whether in-house, agency, or as a hiring manager.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
