Recruitment Team Lead

As a Recruitment Admin Resourcer at McCarthy Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our resourcing team, helping them maximise advert responses, source high-quality candidates, and deliver fast turnarounds for client interviews. Your ability to organise, demonstrate drive through your actions and oversee the client vacancy coverage strategy will be critical to our business success. Focussing on client delivery you will be passionate about service, achieving CV submission targets and being a key role in ensuring the company hits its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create attractive and engaging adverts, manage response rates and ensure timely coverage
- Overseeing the overall team, providing direction, support and coaching
- Screening candidates and assessing candidate suitability
- Responsible for candidate generation across the team
- Oversee and maximise the response to job adverts to ensure an excellent pipeline of candidates
- Ensure timely delivery of CVs to clients, meeting and exceeding team targets
- Monitor team performance ensuring individual targets are exceeded and the consultant team are supported
- Create copy and optimised advertising, looking for new solutions and ways to improve productivity and vacancy coverage
- Manage the recruitment resourcing process, from CV sourcing submission to interview scheduling
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and client satisfaction
- Ensure high quality candidate experience
- Liasing with social media and marketing team to develop candidate attraction strategies
- Budget responsibility for job boards spend and maximising return on investment on advertising spend
Requirements
- Pace is a must with a desire to achieve targets
- Process driven and able to multi-task and manage volume
- Strong administration and organisational skills, this can be a natural trait or proven through employment track record
- Confident and able to influence
- Creative and solutions focussed
- Articulate, curious and ideas orientated
- Want to make a difference and work with a team who are ambitious and growing
- Ideally some experience in recruitment whether in-house, agency or as a hiring manager
- Results-driven, with a passion for achieving team success
- Strong communication skills, able to challenge and manage consultant diaries
