Recruitment Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Admin Resourcer to join our dynamic team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our resourcing team, ensuring they achieve their targets and deliver high-quality CVs to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Advert Management: Create engaging and effective adverts to attract top talent, manage response rates, and ensure timely coverage.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction, support, and coaching to our resourcing team, ensuring they are equipped to meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Candidate Sourcing: Screen and assess candidate suitability, responsible for generating high-quality candidates across the team.
- Response Maximization: Oversee and maximize the response to job adverts to ensure an excellent pipeline of candidates.
- Client Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of CVs to clients, meeting and exceeding team targets.
- Team Performance: Monitor team performance, ensuring individual targets are exceeded and the consultant team is supported.
- Advertising and Marketing: Create copy and optimized advertising, looking for new solutions and ways to improve productivity and vacancy coverage.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment resourcing process, from CV sourcing submission to interview scheduling.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure high-quality candidate experience.
- Budget Management: Manage job boards spend and maximize return on investment on advertising spend.
- Pace and Drive: A must-have pace with a desire to achieve targets.
- Process-Oriented: Process-driven and able to multitask and manage volume.
- Administration and Organization: Strong administration and organizational skills, a natural trait or proven through employment track record.
