About the Job
Skanska is seeking an experienced Land Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our project management team to identify and manage land interests, drive stakeholder engagement, and develop mitigation strategies to support project delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and map individuals and organisations whose interests can be affected by the delivery of the scheme.
- Develop administrative tools, documents, and trackers to maintain throughout design, construction, and handover of the scheme.
- Drive stakeholder behaviours that support the delivery of our vision, mission, and strategy.
- Develop mitigation strategies and communication strategies to secure stakeholder support for project proposals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing landowners/external stakeholders in major infrastructure project environments.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including data management capabilities.
Benefits
