Job Summary

Newark & Sherwood District Council is seeking a talented Senior Planner to join its planning team. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in promoting growth and quality development in the district.

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and other documents.

  • To communicate with applicants, developers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Planning or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in planning and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £43,693 - £45,718 per annum (NS13)
