Drive Revenue Growth in the Fashion & Beauty Sector

LADbible Group is seeking an experienced industry leader to join our Client Solutions team as a Senior Client Solutions Manager. This role will focus on driving revenue growth within the Fashion & Beauty sector, ensuring retention and long-term partnerships, and developing new relationships to drive incremental growth to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development, ideation, and output of key format and commercial opportunities relevant to the Fashion & Beauty sector.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key editorial stakeholders across our Female-led brands.
  • Own and maintain the internal key calendar for relevant cultural moments for both commercial and editorial teams.
  • Utilize relationships to tap into channel and editorial insight, mobilizing it for the commercial benefit of Fashion & Beauty sector clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Fashion & Beauty sector, including broadcasters, traditional publishers, social publishers, and governing bodies.
  • Deliver consistent and regular industry updates across the Fashion & Beauty landscape.
Requirements:
  • Experience across marketing, commercial partnerships, sponsorship, consumer, or creator campaigns.
  • Previous experience working across commercial products and partnerships, either from a selling perspective or an implementation perspective.
  • Thorough knowledge of the UK & US Fashion & Beauty landscape and the broader global retail industry.
  • Existing relationships from within the UK Fashion & Beauty industry.
  • Track record of selling in concepts, ideas, or packages and clients in the Fashion & Beauty industry.
  • Experience in leading brand & product launches to the industry.
  • Experience in leading at key industry events & networking opportunities.
  • Understanding of the world of digital and use of social channels.
