Job Title: Locum Consultant in Acute Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Locum Consultant in Acute Medicine to join our dynamic team in Pembrokeshire. As a key member of our General Medicine service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our medical team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage patients presenting to Withybush General Hospital with medical problems
  • Lead a team of junior doctors in the General Medical Department and Care of the Elderly
  • Work across Acute and Community COTE Medicine
  • Participate in on-call rota at Withybush, residing within 30 minutes of the hospital
Requirements:
  • Specialty training and relevant experience in General Medicine
  • Eligibility to hold an Honorary Academic title at a partner university
  • Participation in undergraduate teaching and research activities
