Senior Director of Sales

Figma is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our Go-To-Market strategy in the UKI and Nordics region. This is a full-time role based in our London office.
This exciting opportunity allows you to lead all efforts in supporting our existing customer base and seeking opportunities to add potential customers by cultivating meaningful relationships that make valuable contributions to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales, 3+ years of experience in second-line leadership, and a proven track record of supporting success against goals across their teams. Prior experience working in the UK market and understanding of our technical and competitive landscape are also highly desirable.
As a Sales Director at Figma, you will be accountable for selling to existing customers and net new customers, and will have the opportunity to build, develop, and inspire a team of successful Account Executives and Account Managers across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts segments.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be able to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment, with the skills for working within ambiguity. Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI tooling, is a plus.
