Job Description:

  • Drive value and performance from large-scale BPO contracts as an Expert Supplier Relationship Manager.
  • Create clear supplier strategies (commercial, contractual, and risk) for defined BPO service suppliers.
  • Ensure contractual obligations, Procurement policy, and business unit objectives are met through regular routines.

Requirements:

  • A depth of SRM or Vendor Management experience, including knowledge of EBA and PRA regulations.
  • Experience driving performance in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.
  • Understanding of 3rd Party Risk (TP) in accordance with Group Outsourcing Risk Policy.
