At Activate Learning, we are seeking a highly skilled Designated Safeguarding Adviser to join our team of professionals. As a safeguarding expert, you will play a vital role in providing front-line support and guidance to young people and adults who may be experiencing challenging situations.
As part of our safeguarding team, you will work collaboratively with existing professionals to offer immediate and professional advice and guidance. Your primary responsibility will be to meet learners and provide them with the necessary support and resources to help them navigate through difficult times.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our learners, and contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support and guidance to young people and adults
- Work collaboratively with existing professionals to deliver high-quality safeguarding services
- Meet learners and provide them with the necessary support and resources
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, child protection)
- Proven experience in safeguarding or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
