Pharmaceutical Services Manager

About The Role:
As a 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert care and advice to customers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. With a competitive base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, this position offers a substantial performance-based annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the pharmacy strategy to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Maintain high levels of professional expertise, respected by stakeholders, peers, and patients
- Broaden the pharmacy capability of store teams through coaching and mentoring
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure customer and patient safety, adhering to industry standards
- Deliver exceptional pharmacy services, aligning with company objectives
Requirements:
- Hold registration with the GPhC, PSNI, or PSI
- Exhibit strong communication skills, building trust with stakeholders and patients
- Possess a genuine passion for community pharmacy, committed to delivering the best care
- Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, prioritizing customer needs
- Showcase excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations, national/local services, and regulations
- Be an effective communicator, able to resolve conflicts and issues efficiently
