About the Role:

We are seeking a Safety and Welfare Advisor to join our team at Activate Learning. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will work closely with professionals to provide front-line support and expert guidance to individuals facing significant challenges.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with learners, staff, and other stakeholders. You will be required to meet learners in person, providing advice and guidance on safeguarding matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to learners, staff, and other stakeholders
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures
  • To maintain accurate records of safeguarding incidents and interventions
