Willmott Dixon is seeking a skilled Assistant Proposals Manager to support our London & East construction business. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our business growth strategy and securing new projects in the region. Our main office is located in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, and we deliver projects across multiple sectors in north London, the northern home counties, and East Anglia. This will be a hybrid role, allowing for a balance between office and remote work. As an Assistant Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating proposals teams to produce winning submissions. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with research into appropriate proposal opportunities, overseeing relevant portals, and ensuring timely submissions. You will also act as a key point of contact for internal teams in creating proposal content and coordinate timely responses from relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will work with colleagues in graphic design to present submissions effectively. This role requires strong written abilities, a degree qualification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project. A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification and APMP membership are desirable.
