About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Coordinator to support our London & East construction business in delivering high-quality proposals that meet our customers' needs.

This is a hybrid role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal teams to coordinate proposal content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the submission of consistent, high-quality proposals that delight our customers
  • Coordinating timely responses for proposal content from relevant teams
  • Working across multiple projects to support multiple teams in the production of quality bids

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop
