Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Manager, Medical Team to lead our Before & After School Club based at John Hunt Primary School in Newark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running the club on an annualised, term-time only contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in running similar childcare settings or have transferable skills working with children. You will be an energetic and passionate individual who loves children, enjoys playing and creating engaging games and activities to provide them with a fun and enjoyable experience.

This is a unique opportunity to join our expanding Childcare division as we rapidly grow and develop. We offer excellent opportunities for career progression and support your development through ongoing training and study up to post-graduate level 7 courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver exceptional play activities, inspiring your team to maintain high standards of play.
  • Manage rotas, stock levels, menus, and champion our Core Values of Caring, Respect, Responsibility, and Honesty throughout the play delivered.
  • Provide brilliant communication skills and have an excellent rapport with parents, carers, children, colleagues, and school staff alike.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
