We are a dynamic and innovative SEN school near Horsham, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them to reach their full potential.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality support to students, helping them to develop essential life skills and overcome any barriers they may face.

You will be required to work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to create personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs and abilities.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Job Requirements:
