We are seeking a compassionate Children's Support Assistant to join our team in Lower Beeding, supporting a 3-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home.

This is a rewarding part-time opportunity, working Monday-Friday evenings (5pm-10pm) with up to £20 per hour. You will be provided with full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Clinical Care Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a Full UK Driver's License, a kind and caring nature, and flexibility & reliability. They should also possess good communication skills and be passionate about working with young children.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting a 3-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home
  • Providing care and assistance with daily activities
  • Engaging with switch toys and spending time with the child and their family
