Role Overview
Tarmac Trading Limited seeks a visionary Regional Commercial Strategist to drive commercial success in the Southwest and Wales region. This pivotal role will shape and execute the commercial strategy, ensuring long-term profitability and market competitiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
As part of the Regional Leadership Team, you will:
• Lead a high-performing regional commercial team to deliver financial growth and market leadership by driving execution of the commercial strategy while upholding health, safety, and governance standards.

• Deliver and exceed key performance targets (Revenue, Pricing, Market Share, Safety, and more).

• Develop and implement short and long-term strategies aligned with Tarmac and CRH values and goals.

• Build exceptional relationships with customers, industry leaders, and local authorities and ensure industry leading service levels.

• Create a diverse, inclusive culture, develop talent pipelines, and coach future leaders.

• Partner with internal teams and the wider CRH group to share best practices and achieve KPIs.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
