This role will work closely with the Global Human Resources Teams, including HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent HR projects and programs.
  • Define HR program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on HR programs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact HR program delivery.
  • Monitor HR program progress and performance, providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate HR program status and gather feedback.
  • Ensure that HR program deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR team.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop strategies and solutions that support organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within Human Resources.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HR programs with multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and UK employment law.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate HR teams to achieve program goals.
  • Project Management: In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices; well-versed in managing projects in various methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing program budgets and financials.
  • HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR functions, including total rewards, HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
  • HR Systems Expertise: Experience with Workday and other HRIS systems.
