Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will work 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe Governance, Quality and Risk Manager will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and coordinating investigations of adverse events within the hospital
- Leading clinical audit and promoting evidence-based best practice
- Assisting in the development and dissemination of patient safety-related information throughout the hospital
- Leading the development of methods and processes to aid clinical risk management
- Engaging with colleagues across the hospital on policy management
- Developing own knowledge and practice, and assisting others to develop
- Working to promote a culture that actively improves clinical safety and quality
- Monitoring consultant information and coordinating reports to identify trends and support practicing privileges review
