Account Director

Location: Birmingham circa 4 days a week remote
Up to £80k base + Benefits + Commission (uncapped)

Millions of pounds are wasted through inefficient procurement processes, with the NHS identifying this as a major cause for concern. Our expanding global software business builds cloud-first solutions to simplify, streamline, and automate purchasing and supply chain processes, tailored for the NHS.

You'll be joining an expanding sales team, working with the head of sales and the wider account management team to identify opportunities in new accounts and explore opportunities with existing accounts. Much of the sales process will center around engaging with frameworks, networking, meeting decision makers, and organizing the sales team in demonstrating the solutions, highlighting efficiencies, and closing the sale.

You'll be selling a unique suite of cloud services with fantastic market coverage and good brand awareness, ready to enable NHS customers to save money. Much of the sales process will involve helping stakeholders understand the value proposition.

What you'll need:

You'll need to demonstrate an understanding of a SaaS sales process and have experience in selling into an NHS Trust environment. Knowledge of public sector frameworks like G-Cloud or SBS will be important, as well as understanding how these customers operate, who the decision makers are, and how to progress sales in this environment.

There are openings for both the Midlands and London (south of Midlands) territories.
