Turkish Customer Service and Support Advisor

We are seeking a talented Turkish Customer Service and Support Advisor to join our team at Search. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage current customer accounts and provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and carriers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • High-quality written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Accurate and able to produce quality work, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Dependability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.
  • Ability to work in teams and open to others' views and perspectives.
  • Respect for cultural differences and ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Quality decision-making skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
