Auditor Portfolio Leader

The Director and Responsible Individual (RI) plays a pivotal role in the Audit team at PEM. Leveraging their passion for innovation and new initiatives, they drive continuous improvement and growth of the Audit department. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients and signing audits as an RI, while also developing colleagues through knowledge sharing and technical direction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a portfolio of clients and manage client relationships.
  2. Sign audits as an RI and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and implement new initiatives to drive continuous improvement and growth of the Audit department.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and provide technical direction.
