Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Product Development Leader to join our dynamic team at Caldic. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our product portfolio and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our product offerings and increase market share.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and product development strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and product development, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
