Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of logistics professionals to ensure efficient and effective transportation operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, compliance, and financial performance

- Manage a fleet of circa 40 trucks and a team of c.80 drivers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislations, regulations, and company standards
- 5+ years experience in a senior logistics management role
- Proven track record of improving service delivery, compliance, and financial performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- National/International CPC holder
- Commercially focused with a quality-orientated and customer-service-driven approach
The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary of £50,000.00, negotiable for the right candidate. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and professional growth.
