About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Paediatrician to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in Paediatric Oncology and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the delivery of high-quality patient care in Paediatric Oncology and General Paediatrics
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and training to junior staff and students
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects
Requirements
  • Full registration with the GMC with a licence to practice
  • On the GMC specialist register in Paediatrics or within six months of successful completion of UK paediatric training
  • Proven experience in Paediatric Oncology and General Paediatrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
