About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overnight team and ensure the effective management of night shift operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and control stock levels, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and implement store initiatives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a night shift environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
