Customer and Trading Manager - Night Shift

Salary: Competitive salary with up to £4,500 shift premium, dependent on experience and store size.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer and Trading Manager to lead our night shift team at our Enfield Store. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during night shifts, managing your team's performance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the night shift team and ensure the store is operational and ready for the next day
  • Manage team performance, provide coaching and training, and ensure high standards of customer service
  • Plan and implement effective shift patterns and activities to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, inventory, and security

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a night shift role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
